Job Description
As part of the
Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Internal Model
, one of the lines where the focus will be put on are the definition, development and implementation of an
Exploitation Tool based on Atoti technology: ActiveViam
.

This new exploitation tool should cover the CCR, CVA Desk, and Structuring and Sales Requirements. The implementation consists in different blocks:

1. Make available the data of the current reports in ActiveViam in order to create self-service reports.

2.
Development
new necessary reports to CCR Internal Model (Backtesting, stress test…).

This mission requires a Functional Specialist in
XVT,
who will be collaborate closely within the XVA Product Team (Quants Team, Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk, Methodology, Admission, Internal Model Validation, the XVA Trading Desk and Sales). You will oversee the requirements gathering and the definition of the news reporting.

You will collaborate with the developer's team to implement the Exploitation Tool and in collaboration with the different stakeholders.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

• Providing all support to the teams with criteria and determination.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives and challenges.
• Document and analyze business requirements, processes and workflows.
• Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team.
• GAP analysis from users and definition to developers.
• Manage multiple requests concurrently, each in diverse phases and with its own actors, being able to successfully keep up with their requirements and deadlines.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder.
• Conflict Management

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Competence and proven experience of +3 years in:
• CIB Markets area projects
• Risks Projects and In-house engines
• Financial products
• Trading Desk & Risk metrics: knowledge XVA and Counterparty Risk metrics is mandatory.

Software development frameworks:

• Agile environments: Scrum, Kanban; and tools: Jira, Confluence
• Service Now, Control M, Control M web, Hue, etc.

Desirable knowledge

• Atoti
• Big Data and Data Base Management: DataLakes, Data bricks, Cloud, SQL, QlikSense
• Interfaces, microservices and rest APIs

Languages.

• Spanish – is a plus
• English - professional proficiency
