Graphic Design Specialist

Your new role involves: designing visually captivating layouts and graphics that align with our brand, catering to both print and digital platforms. You'll be responsible for developing top-tier graphic solutions for internal communication channels and events managed by the Internal Communications and Events department. This includes designing for our internal magazine, newsletters, intranet content, emails, posters, and leaflets and conceptualizing visual themes for events.

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Contributes to the execution of internal communication and events plans by delivering design and graphic solutions across agreed visual formats and production types.

•    Designs and produces high-quality graphics for the internal magazine, including images, illustrations, and layouts, in line with each edition's key theme, editorial decisions, and established DTP standards; prepares the final version for print.

•    Creates and prepares visual materials for print, production, and digital publishing, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements.

•    Develops branded materials for events and campaigns, such as roll-ups, spider displays, banners, and promotional items.

•    Supports multimedia content creation by designing basic visuals for podcasts, video thumbnails, animations, and short clips.

•    Assists in video production, including basic editing, titling, and formatting for use on internal platforms or social media channels.

•    Manages and updates visual content across various internal communication channels, including email, Yammer, internal magazines, digital displays, screen savers, and the intranet.

The fuel needed to go further with us:

•    Bachelor's degree.

•    Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience in graphic design. 

•    Previous experience on a similar position: 1-3 years.

•    DTP knowledge: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and AI tools.

•    Creativity and Design Expertise

•    Very good communication skills.

•    Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.

•    Ability to handle stressful situations and work under tight deadlines 

•    Foreign languages: English – advanced level.

•    PC skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- advanced level.
