Job Description:

As part of this project, your role as Accounts Payable will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:

• Respond to a variety of vendor inquiries via telephone and email

• Ensure proper documentation of issues & maintain all the required trackers

• Ensure timely and accurately the processing of payments to the vendors and employees

• Ensure compliance with SOD and other compliance requirements

• Support the team for specific transactions and solve operational escalations/ issues

Candidate' profile:

• Advanced level of English

• Advanced level of Italian or Spanish

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Can do attitude, proactive behavior

• Basic accounting skills and good analytical skills

• MS Excel, SAP working experience
