About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled TikTok Shop Specialist
with proven experience in building, managing, and scaling successful TikTok Shop operations. The ideal candidate lives and breathes TikTok commerce — from shop setup and product strategy to affiliate management and paid campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize our TikTok Shop daily operations across multiple markets
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, visibility, and profitability
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with TikTok affiliates and creators
  • Plan and optimize TikTok Shop Ads and GMV campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements
  • Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Stay up to date with TikTok's latest e-commerce tools, trends, and policies

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing TikTok Shop operations (brand side or agency)
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's affiliate system, ad structure, and campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset — data-driven, performance-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • (Bonus) Experience with beauty, wellness, or consumer goods brands
