Job role
The Operational Procurement Specialist will oversee the Checklist Approval process in Fieldglass and facilitate the onboarding of external resources. This role involves direct reporting to the Team Leader, alongside three other team members.

What You Will Do

• Onboarding, offboarding and extension support of external resources
• Checking all relevant documentation of external resources making sure they are correct
• Operational execution of legal verification and assessment of the checklist score
• Service description compliance assessment and legal check
• Operational support for the registration and opening of the SAP Fieldglass account of suppliers
• Support and guidance for internal users and suppliers on all processes in SAP Fieldglass
• Evaluation of the Fieldglass score obtained based on the eligibility criteria according to Allianz and the legislation in force

What You Bring

• University Degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience within procurement
• Fluent English and German for customer and internal communication
• Accurate and reliable way of working
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer and service oriented
• ARIBA System knowledge
• SAP-FI/AP knowledge
• International cross functional work experience
• Solution orientated, decision maker, self-driven working
