Business Development Manager
. Organizația are o prezență puternică pe piața locală și derulează proiecte cu impact major asupra dezvoltării și securității naționale.

Business Development Manager-ul va juca un rol esențial în extinderea portofoliului și consolidarea relațiilor strategice, fiind responsabil de inițierea și coordonarea unor proiecte complexe, cu impact pe termen lung.

Responsabilitățile tale:

  • Vei elabora și vei pune în practică o strategie de business menită să consolideze poziția companiei în rândul clienților din sectorul public și din industrii critice;
  • Vei identifica, califica și vei transforma în proiecte concrete oportunități de afaceri complexe, cu un ciclu de vânzare extins;
  • Vei construi și menține relații de încredere la nivel înalt, acționând ca un partener strategic pentru factorii de decizie;
  • Vei monitoriza și vei prezenta performanța indicatorilor cheie către management.

Cerințe:

  • Minim 5 ani experiență în vânzări B2B consultative, preferabil în domeniul IT, securitate, infrastructură și digitalizare;
  • Istoric de colaborare cu stakeholderi de nivel înalt;
  • Experiență în gestionarea ciclurilor lungi de vânzare și în interacțiunea cu clienți strategici;
  • Abilități excelente de negociere, influențare și comunicare;
  • Mentalitate antreprenorială, orientare spre rezultate și soluții personalizate;
  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel avansat.
