About You:

You are a strategic thinker and results-driven professional with a strong track record in customer onboarding or implementation projects at a senior consultant or team leader level. You are proactive, resilient, and able to create structure in complex environments, confidently driving initiatives forward even when facing ambiguity or resistance. You take ownership of your work, focusing on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement, and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders to ensure accountability and success.

Day-to-Day, You Will:

• Lead improvement programs across key metrics such as Time to Value (TTV), transactional NPS (tNPS), and delivery effort, ensuring consistent outcomes across SoftCos
• Identify performance gaps and challenges within SoftCo portfolios, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to drive improvement
• Oversee the implementation and adoption of strategic changes to the FlightPath methodology across multiple teams
• Monitor FlightPath systems, methodology, and data standards, ensuring processes are correctly embedded within SoftCo operations
• Hold senior stakeholders accountable for achieving FlightPath KPIs, and work with leadership to secure resources for projects and remove blockers when they occur 
• Produce insightful reports and dashboards to track performance trends, identify risks, and highlight opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate cross-SoftCo collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best practices to continuously improve onboarding excellence

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Proven experience in customer onboarding or implementation projects at Senior Consultant or Team Leader level
• Deep understanding of all aspects of the onboarding process, from sale to go-live and handover
• Confident communicator capable of challenging and holding senior stakeholders accountable
• Expertise in programme design, able to translate strategic objectives into comprehensive improvement programmes
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret and derive insights from complex datasets
• Change management experience, successfully driving adoption of new methodologies and processes across multiple teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, building credibility and influence with Customer Success and Professional Services leadership
