Our client operates a growing B2C e-commerce platform (focused on luxury goods), integrated with a nationwide network of physical stores. As part of a broader digital expansion strategy, the E-commerce Manager will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling the online channel and aligning it with the company's retail operations.

Role objective

To manage and grow the company's e-commerce platform, increase online sales, and enhance the customer journey through a seamless digital experience aligned with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations: product uploads, pricing, campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams: logistics, marketing, customer support
  • Manage both internal (customer service, photo/content, logistics) and external partners (SEO, PPC, development agencies)
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): traffic, conversion, revenue
  • Suggest and implement new features: delivery methods, filters, subscription models
  • Align the e-commerce platform with the overall sales strategy and brand positioning
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and propose new growth initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing B2C e-commerce platforms
  • Hands-on experience with CMS tools (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom platforms)
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven experience in online retail of physical products (jewelry, electronics, etc.)
  • Excellent collaboration skills across marketing, IT, and operations
  • Leadership abilities – the role involves managing a team of approx 10 people
  • Proactivity and a growth-oriented mindset
