We are looking for a new colleague to join Vehicle Team in the role of Technical Specialist, having fixed term contract. Main responsibilities:

  • Take outbound calls from various service units and investigate repair/maintenance requests for vehicles in service units.
  • Check the costs of repairing the vehicles in the partner services, communicated by the service unit representative, and reporting them in the ALD system.
  • Grant the service consent to the representative's service unit.
  • Provide support documents and additional information requested by customers regarding repair refurbishment.
  • Help clients in technical cases.

To be able to achieve all of this you need to know what we are looking for:

  • University Degree – technical field,  University of Transport would be an advantage.
  • General knowledge of vehicle operation and functionality (experience with service units represent a plus).
  • High level of written and verbal communication.
  • Good level of MS Package.
  • Committed,  passionate about the job, with a good teamwork spirit and ready to help.
