About the Role
Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of Customer Service professionals, supporting chosen operations activities, ensuring that the respective tasks are conducted efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
In order to develop a vibrant business center whilst ensuring the needs of our customers and dealers are met at all times, we aim to cross-train our Employees in various areas of the business.
Providing a wider business knowledge and varied skills to our employees will help them grow professionally and build a career at Ford.
What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Leadership, management, development and motivation of employees in the assigned team:
- leading regular team meetings and managing conflicts,
- providing feedback and conducting performance reviews,
- driving adequate training and coaching initiatives.
Planning, coordinating, and supporting the daily business in the area of Customer Service management:
- assignment/distribution of tasks and controlling the workload using the available systems and tools,
- making sure the agreed processing deadlines are met and the service standards maintained,
- supporting the daily operations incl. independent solving of difficult customer cases.
Controlling and monitoring of Customer Service activities:
- verifying the quality standards and implementing corrective action plan, if need be,
- ensuring compliance with operating guidelines and process descriptions,
- overseeing external service providers, monitoring orders.
Supporting internal and cross-divisional projects and process optimization initiatives.
Are we looking for you? Yes, if you have:
- Fluency in spoken and written German language - Candidate should be able to hold seamless conversations in German over phone and chat with dealers, customers and other external parties.
- Fluency in spoken and written English language. Candidate should be able to understand conversations in English as part of training modules and read emails/documents written in English.
- Previous experience in managerial roles with banking or non-banking financial firms is preferred.
- High level of communication skills and strong ability to lead and motivate employees.
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel-/Word skills.
- Knowledge about the automotive finance or banking industry would be an advantage.
