YOUR CHALLENGES

AI prototyping and research

You support our team in exploring and developing new AI-based approaches, such as intelligent coding assistants, vibe coding prototypes or automated code refactoring. Your ideas and prototypes will contribute directly to our innovation roadmap.

Automation of data onboarding

We rely on you to simplify complex onboarding processes by creating transformation logic in JavaScript and building tools for automatic field mapping and data integration.

Integration of AI services

You work on connecting both external and internal AI services, including translation, image recognition, deduplication, data matching, UAPI and data expert, into end-to-end workflows that enhance data quality, consistency and automation.

Low-code AI workflow development

Collaborating on low-code platforms like LangFlow or LangGraph, you help design and extend internal tools that empower non-technical users to build and manage AI-powered processes independently.

Human-in-the-loop interfaces

Your work supports the development of intuitive review interfaces that allow data stewards and users to validate, adjust or approve AI-generated values where necessary, ensuring transparency and quality control.

Internal AI tools

By developing smart, AI-driven assistants for internal use, you help R&D and other departments work more efficiently, supporting tasks such as roadmap analysis, user story generation, ideation and the automation of repetitive workflows.

STAND OUT WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant academic background

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science or a closely related field, you bring a strong foundation in programming and software development.

Programming skills

Experience with Python, JavaScript*, or Java* allows you to actively contribute to our codebase and tackle technical challenges.

Database knowledge

Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases supports your understanding of data structures and efficient data handling.

Understanding of AI concepts

A solid grasp of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing principles enables you to engage meaningfully with AI-driven projects.

Version control proficiency

Working knowledge of Git ensures smooth collaboration and code management within the team. An active Github account would make a nice addition to your CV.

Bonus skills

Experience with LangChain, LangFlow, LangGraph or similar workflow frameworks are nice to have, but no must.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Strong logical thinking and the ability to approach problems methodically make you an asset in a fast-paced development environment.

Self-motivation and independence

Taking initiative and working proactively allow you to drive tasks forward with minimal supervision.

Fluent English communication

Effective written and spoken English skills facilitate smooth teamwork in our international environment.
