Căutăm un profesionist cu experiență în coordonarea și managementul echipelor într-un mediu dinamic, specific industriilor Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) și Shared Services Center (SSC).

Responsabilități principale:


• Coordonarea operațiunilor zilnice ale site-ului și asigurarea unei bune funcționări a proceselor interne;


• Managementul echipei și dezvoltarea unei culturi organizaționale pozitive și performante;


• Monitorizarea indicatorilor de performanță (KPI) și atingerea obiectivelor stabilite de client;


• Colaborarea cu echipele de management regional/global pentru implementarea strategiilor;


• Identificarea și implementarea de soluții pentru eficientizarea proceselor și creșterea calității serviciilor.

Profilul căutat:


• Experiență dovedită în roluri de management în cadrul unui BPO sau SSC;


• Abilități excelente de leadership, comunicare și people management;


• Capacitate de a lua decizii strategice și de a gestiona schimbarea într-un mediu competitiv;


• Orientare către rezultate și focus pe calitatea serviciilor livrate;


• Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel avansat.
