Your mission

Join us as a Cross-Sell and Up-Sell Campaign Specialist and help shape the future of NN.
In this role, you'll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by engaging with our CRM driven activities, using Salesforce to support business generation.

What will you do? 

•    Plan, design and run integrated cross sell and up sell marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

•    Use analytics to segment audiences and tailor strategies for different customer groups, to drive business growth.

•    Design and manage automated workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support continuous optimization.

•    Supervise and track campaign execution and performance in a data driven way, gathering insights and feedbacks to refine and improve campaign mechanisms.

What will you bring?

•    Previous experience in managing integrated CRM campaigns (Cross-Sell and Up-Sell)

•    Previous experience with Salesforce solution is a strong plus

•    In-depth understanding of current marketing technologies and trends, relevant campaign manager experience (copywriting is nice to have)

•    Experience in digital communication 

•    Exceptional determination, self-motivation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross – functional teams 

•    Competitive, strong problem-solving ability, timely delivery, user-centric

•    Fluency in English 

•    Communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact.

•    Thrives in collaborative environments and lifts others up.

•    Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes action.
