Clinică de Nutriție cu o viziune ambițioasă: creăm programe inovatoare de sănătate și dezvoltăm o comunitate activă și implicată. Acum căutăm un Project Lead care să ne ajute să scalăm aceste inițiative la următorul nivel.

Ce vei face?

  • Implementezi programe de sănătate

Definești și optimizezi procesul de livrare pentru noile programe de sănătate.

Creezi un ghid clar pentru echipa medicală, asigurând uniformitate și eficiență în aplicarea metodelor.

Coordonezi colaborarea dintre departamentele medical, marketing și operațional pentru integrarea programelor în oferta standard.

Stabilești un sistem de evaluare a eficienței programelor, bazat pe feedback-ul pacienților și rezultatele medicale.

Asiguri implementarea coerentă și scalabilă a acestor programe în structura clinicii.

  • Construiești o comunitate activă și sustenabilă pentru pacienți

Dezvolți strategii clare de engagement, astfel încât pacienții să rămână implicați pe termen lung.

Creezi un calendar de interacțiuni, incluzând sesiuni live, evenimente și resurse educaționale.

Implici echipa medicală în gestionarea comunității, transformând engagement-ul într-un proces de echipă.

Crești rata de retenție a pacienților și dezvolți un model de venituri recurente (subscription-based).

  • Coordonezi echipa internă în implementarea strategiei

Clarifici rolurile și responsabilitățile interne între echipele medicale, marketing și vânzări.

Creezi o metodologie de colaborare între departamente pentru eficiență maximă.

Crești nivelul de autonomie al echipei, astfel încât fiecare membru să înțeleagă cum contribuie la succesul clinicii.

Eviți centralizarea excesivă a deciziilor prin delegarea clară a responsabilităților.

Stabilești un sistem clar de raportare și evaluare a progresului fiecărei inițiative.

Te invitam sa aplici doar daca:

  • Ai experiență minimă de 5 ani în business
  • Ai experiență minimă de 3 ani management de proiecte
  • Ai coordonat echipe multidisciplinare și știi cum să creezi aliniere între medici, marketing și vânzări.
  • Ai experiență în modele subscription-based sau fidelizare clienți un avantaj major
  • Înțelegi cum să creezi și să optimizezi procese interne eficiente.
  • Știi sa iei decizii bazate pe date și feedback.
  • Comunici excelent și ai abilități de negociere vei interacționa direct cu CEO-ul și echipele interne.
  • Ai experiență în creșterea comunităților (online și offline).
  • Înțelegi modele de community engagement și retenție.
  • Ai cunoștințe de marketing digital și engagement online.
