Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Project Engineer
to manage
end-to-end CAPEX projects
from concept to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering strategic investments that drive operational excellence and growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates various capital projects ensuring the complexity, cost, time‐constraints are fully understood and managed.
• Responsible for the deployment of business tools - CAPEX, JDE.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, finance, and operations.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Provide a risk management strategy for the project and implement associated processes and tools to ensure effective identification, monitoring and management of project risks
• Lead project update meetings, and document project status and issues.
• Actively pursue issue resolution and communicate project status/issues to business partners and operational management.
• Provide the necessary supporting documentation for the business to evaluate, prioritise and determine the cost effectiveness of initiatives.
• Maintain the facility management, flooring, epoxy work, road repair, office renovation, etc. and ensure its meeting up to the company standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
• Proven working experience for minimum 5 to 10 years as a Project Engineer in Biscuit & Confectionary industries or relevant.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Experience in designing, procurement, installation and commissioning of production lines, factory & office buildings, automations systems, build in the innovation coming in
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management certification are preferred.
• Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on multiple projects with less dependency.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
