Project Manager - Instalatii Electrice
,
care sa se alature companiei Electrogrup, parte din grupul E-INFRA.

Responsabilitati:

  • Planificarea și coordonarea proiectelor (inginerie, achiziții, construcții)
  • Optimizarea alocării resurselor (umane, materiale, financiare)
  • Monitorizarea progresului proiectelor, respectarea termenelor și evaluarea performanței echipelor
  • Elaborarea rapoartelor financiare și de progres pentru clienți și autorități
  • Comunicarea constantă cu clienții, autoritățile, subcontractanții și alte părți implicate
  • Gestionarea riscurilor proiectului și asigurarea respectării standardelor de calitate, siguranță și mediu
  • Monitorizarea costurilor, gestionarea contractelor și optimizarea profitabilității proiectelor

Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare în Energetică sau Inginerie Electrică
  • Experiență de 5-10 ani în gestionarea proiectelor mari din sectorul energetic (stații electrice, centrale eoliene/fotovoltaice)
  • Atestat PMI, ANRE gradul III-IV
  • Abilități de leadership și coordonare echipe multidisciplinare
  • Abilități de comunicare și negociere de contracte
  • Cunoștințe ale legislației locale și internaționale specifice domeniului energetic (normative, instrucțiuni tehnice, CEI-uri)
  • Experiență în gestionarea bugetelor și riscurilor
  • Limba engleză la nivel mediu-avansat
