Werden Sie Teil unseres Roadside Assistance (RSA) Teams bei Allianz Partners und leisten Sie einen wertvollen Beitrag, indem Sie in herausfordernden Situationen ruhige und effektive Unter-stützung bieten. Verfügen Sie über hervorragenden Deutschkenntnisse?

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle stehen Sie unseren Kunden bei Pannen und Notfällen zur Seite: sei es bei Fahrzeugpannen, Unfällen oder kraftstoffbezogenen Problemen.

Egal, ob es sich um einen platten Reifen oder ein Fahrzeug handelt, das nicht startet – Ihre Aufgabe ist es, sicherzustellen, dass Hilfe schnell und zuverlässig bereitgestellt wird.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Zunächst werden Sie im Front Office arbeiten, und sobald Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten ausgebaut haben, werden Sie zwischen dem Front Office (FO) und Back Office (BO) eingesetzt.

Front Office (FO) – Eingehende Anrufe:


• Entgegennahme von Notrufe von Kunden, die Pannenhilfe benötigen


• Sammeln wesentlicher Informationen und schnelle Beurteilung der Situation


• Koordination geeigneter Unterstützung für jeden Vorgang.

Back Office (BO) – Koordination & Nachverfolgung:


• Disposition: Organisation des Nottransports und Koordination mit Geschäftspartnern (BPs)


• Nachverfolgungsanrufe: Organisation zusätzlicher Dienstleistungen (Mietwagen, Fahr-zeugrückgaben, Abholungen)


• Kundenbetreuungsanrufe: Kontaktaufnahmen mit Kunden nach den Vorfällen, um sicher-zustellen, dass alle ihre Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden.

Schulung & Entwicklung

Von Anfang an investieren wir in Ihren Erfolg bei uns im Team:


• Einarbeitungsdauer: 4–6 Monate


• Aufbau der Einarbeitung: 3 progressive Schulungsphasen, jede mit praktischer Bau-steinen


• Unterstützung: Individuelle Anleitung durch Trainer, regelmäßiges Feedback und klare Weiterentwicklungsplanung.

Sobald Sie vollständig ausgebildet sind, steht Ihnen weiterhin einen Trainer zur Seite, um Ihren Wachstum stetig zu betreuen. Somit können Sie sich langfristig auf Ihren Erfolg konzentrieren.

Schichten & Arbeitszeiten


• Reguläre Schichten: 08:00 – 23:00 (Montag–Sonntag)


• Nachtschichten: Nur nach vollständiger Schulung und Beherrschung der Fähigkeiten (alle 2 Monate für 5–7 Tage)


• Wochenendschichten: Sobald Sie sich in mindestens zwei Bereichen sicher auf zwei Beiden stehen.

Die Schichtplanung ist fair und ausgewogen und wird gemeinsam mit Ihrem Teamleiter verwaltet.
