About job
  • Be part of a brand-new project where youll set the technical direction from day one and help shape the solutions foundation.
  • Drive design, architecture, integration, and optimization across heterogeneous platforms (DSPs, CPUs, encoders, IPs).
  • Be the technical voice in stakeholder meetings and transform complex requirements into working features.
  • Work closely with the algorithms and imaging teams to prototype and prove new concepts.
  • Own the full development lifecycle from feasibility to validation ensuring top-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor the team, while staying hands-on with embedded C++ development.
  • Translate user stories into robust technical requirements and ensure theyre testable and feasible.
  • Ensure high standards through code reviews, TDD, pair programming, and best practices.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to turn prototypes into camera products used worldwide.
  • Continuously improve agile processes and inspire innovation within the team.
Requirements
  • University degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Electronics, Automation)
  • 7+ years of embedded software expertise with strong C++ skills.
  • Solid knowledge of embedded architectures, Linux, GNU tools, Git, and scripting (Shell/Python).
  • Experience with cross-compilation, debugging, and system integration.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in technical English; bonus if you know Rust, low-level C, SIMD/NEON, DSP programming, or imaging systems.
