You are responsible for:

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations and ensure a smooth, engaging user experience
  • Plan, execute, and monitor online activities in collaboration with the Commercial and Marketing teams
  • Manage the end-to-end e-commerce workflow, including website maintenance and content updates
  • Handle product management, uploads, categorization, descriptions, and visual merchandising
  • Create and manage dedicated landing pages for campaigns and product categories
  • Manage pricing, discounts, and promotional updates based on Commercial Department guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to address UI/UX requirements and implement improvements
  • Demonstrate strong familiarity with social media platforms and their role in supporting e-commerce
  • Supervise daily customer support and logistics processes related to online operations
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to communicate system requirements, enhancements, and recommendations
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail

Your Education & Qualifications are:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in an e commerce position
  • BSc related to E Commerce / Business studies / Marketing
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Shopify CMS
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience managing digital product inventory
  • Experience using Google analytics and optimization tools
  • Social media account management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office preferred
  • Proficiency in English

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical issues with vendors and stakeholders at various levels
  • Analytical skills
  • Able to follow and implement new trends & best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing
