WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Expertise in wiring harness assembly, soldering, crimping, and cable termination processes
• Experience working with military-grade components and materials, such as MILSPEC connectors, heat shrink tubing and braided shielding
• Key role in producing high-performance cable solutions critical to defense operations
• Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics with precision

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed high school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or comparable
• Several years of hands-on experience in cable assembly, wiring or a related technical field
• Previous work in cable making or the defense industry highly desirable
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics
• Hands-on expertise in soldering, crimping, cable testing and working with diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, continuity testers)
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if required by the project)
• Physical ability to handle repetitive tasks and work with small components as required
• Excellent Romanian and fluent German language skills
• Strong attention to detail and precision in working with small and sensitive components
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot faults and ensure product reliability
• Ability to adapt and perform in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project timelines
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring compliance with strict defense industry standards
