Responsibilities: •Deliver training sessions and conduct testing for new employees across various departments, particularly within Customer Support. •Create clear and engaging explanatory and training materials. •Maintain up -to -date information about TotoGaming products, platforms, and features across all relevant platforms. •Communicate and distribute relevant updates and information to the Customer Support Department. •Draft and update procedures and work instructions tailored to the needs of the Customer Support Department. •Conduct coaching and retraining sessions with Customer Support agents. •Regularly evaluate the quality of customer support through testing and monitoring. •Monitor chats, calls, and emails to ensure adherence to quality standards and internal procedures. •Prepare various reports related to training, quality, or support performance. •Perform any other duties as requested by senior managementRequirements •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. •Advanced English skills, both written and spoken. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. •Ability to express ideas clearly and structure information logically. •Analytical mindset with a structured, IF/ELSE -style approach to problem -solving.•Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, initiative, and adaptability. •Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. •Positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate others. •Team -oriented mindset and collaborative working style. •Clear, confident speaking style and comfort delivering presentations. •Experience with WordPress, video editing, or image editing tools for internal communication is a plus. •Experience in the gambling industry is a plus.Benefits •Private medical insurance; •Meal vouchers; •Easter vouchers; •Christmas vouchers; •Birthday voucher; •23 vacation days; •1 day off paid by TotoGaming on your birthday; •1 day off paid by TotoGaming when you go to annual blood screenings / medical screenings; •Referral program; •Fruit day; •Complimentary coffee and tea; •Role Model benefits; •Teambuildings; •Frequent office events. •Massage at the office
