As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our AI/ML team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models into production. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to turn models into scalable and efficient services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize scalable machine learning models and systems.
  • Develop and monitor ML pipelines in production, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Evaluate model performance using real-world metrics (accuracy, latency, user feedback).
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
  • Integrate LLMs with various systems (e.g., core systems, workflow tools, databases).
  • Ensure model outputs meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Stay current with the latest ML research and trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of our ML practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
  • Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) for real-world tasks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ML Ops(Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
  • Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices for model testing, logging, and CI/CD.
