We are looking for:

As a Resilience Engineer in the ITSCM programmer, you'll play a key role in supporting business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives for a global technology services organization. The Resilience Engineer is responsible for technical analysis of ITSCo Applications and Services.

What you will do:

  • Evaluate IT applications and services against resilience architecture design patterns and defined requirements.
  • Recommend changes to resilience patterns, templates, and standards based on analysis.
  • Identify, track, and report resilience issues discovered during assessments.
  • Review Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents post-incident; ensure all findings are captured and addressed.
  • Track, review, and report resilience metrics and status updates to leadership.
  • Identify and implement automation and simplification opportunities within resilience processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BIA, DR planning, and resilience assessment methods.
  • Communicate resilience needs to IT application owners and work with technical teams to implement improvements.
  • Support training and create materials for Resilience Assessment process education.
  • Coordinate across teams to assess risks, determine remediation plans, and ensure closure of gaps.

What you need to have:

  • Proficient in ServiceNow with experience with Snow BCM module
  • Knowledgeable of PwC's global infrastructure landscape
  • Knowledgeable of information security, resilience, and disaster recovery methodologies
  • Experienced with various cloud platforms and technical designs including high availability environments
  • Knowledgeable of emerging infrastructure technologies
  • Understands how to connect technology strategy to business strategy.
