Associate Consultant – Projects in Hospitality division

About you:

The successful candidate will work within our consultant team to implement and manage digital menus across multiple platforms. You care about providing outstanding service and will regularly host online meetings with customers to support them in getting their digital menus live on time. Supporting new market launches and store rollouts, you will be required to efficiently prioritise, plan &work towards deadlines. You are a curious individual who can both identify and investigate issues as well as pro-actively offer solutions to the rest of the team.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Experience in the hospitality sector with exposure to digital menus and POS or Oracle system integrations.

• Skilled in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets and time zones.

• Strong understanding of project stages, methodologies, and implementation processes.

• Adept at navigating complex operational environments to ensure smooth digital and system integrations.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experienced in managing content, configuration, and data within hospitality or retail systems, including online ordering and food delivery platforms.

• Proficient in configuration management and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for handling and analyzing data.

• Skilled in using ticketing systems such as Jira, with strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

• A self-motivated team player dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and embracing new challenges.
