Who We Are Looking For (The Profile)

We are looking to grow our team at multiple seniority levels and are seeking exceptional professionals driven by complexity. The ideal candidate will have:

·      Bar membership.

·      Relevant experience in Banking & Finance (we are seeking both talented young lawyers with 0-1 years of experience and established associates with 3-4 years of experience)

·      A profound understanding of Romanian civil and commercial law.

·      Flawless written and spoken English.

·      The intellectual curiosity to finding "out-of-the-book" solutions, boldness of taking ownership of your answer, resilience to perform (when absolutely needed) under pressure
