Ca Supervizor, vei fi forța motrice în dezvoltarea și organizarea echipei, oferind suport pentru funcționarea eficientă a fabricii noastre.

Responsabilitățile tale vor include:

Promovarea Siguranței

  • Dezvoltă o cultură a siguranței prin asigurarea respectării complete a politicilor și procedurilor .

Suport pentru Producție

  • Supraveghează activitățile zilnice pentru a maximiza utilizarea echipamentelor, personalului și materialelor.

Conducerea și Dezvoltarea Echipei

  • Oferă leadership practic, instruire și mentorat angajaților din departament. Colaborează cu HR-ul pentru recrutare, evaluări de performanță și dezvoltarea angajaților.

Asigurarea Conformității

  • Respectă cu strictețe standardele de calitate și de mediu, asigurând operațiuni în conformitate cu toate reglementările și ghidurile companiei.

Ce apreciem la tine?

  • Disponibil să lucrezi în schimburi;
  • Diplomă de inginerie, de preferință în Inginerie Mecanică, Mecatronică sau Robotică;
  • Cunoștințe avansate în aplicații Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Limba engleză și română, nivel minim B2;
  • Experiență în industrie (reprezintă un avantaj);
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și spirit de echipă;
  • Atitudine pozitivă și maturitate, capacitate de adaptare la diverse situații;
  • Capacitate de prioritizare și lucru sub presiunea timpului;
  • Capacitate de multitasking și lucru eficient în echipă;
  • Implicare în inițiative de îmbunătățire a proceselor și bune practici;
  • Autonomie, deschidere, orientare către obiective și abilități de rezolvare creativă a problemelor.

Ca Supervizor de Schimb, vei avea oportunitatea de a:

  • Gestiona echipa, organizând programele zilnice, schimburile și cererile de concediu;
  • Asigura atingerea indicatorilor cheie de producție (KPI) zilnici;
  • Oferi îndrumare și feedback angajaților atunci când este necesar;
  • Respecta regulile și reglementările din industrie;
  • Supraveghea buna funcționare a mașinilor de sortare, liniilor de ambalare și mașinii de termoîncălzire;
  • Supraveghea întregul flux tehnologic;
  • Monitoriza producția și întocmi rapoarte pentru asigurarea nivelului de calitate cerut;
  • Oferi suport în rezolvarea și prevenirea neconformităților;
  • Lucra independent, cu sprijin din partea coordonatorului tehnic.
