Your Mission

Join us as a Customer Journey Specialist and help shape the future of NN's digital customer experience. In this role, you'll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by designing and implementing personalized, automated marketing journeys that drive engagement and business growth.

What will you do?

• Design and build customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder.
• Develop and implement personalized, trigger-based marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize journeys for better results.
• Collaborate with campaign managers and cross-functional teams to align with marketing strategies.
• Provide expertise on best practices for email marketing and automation.
• Train and support internal teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and communication policies.
• Act as local Product Owner/Subject Matter Expert to improve Marketing Cloud integration within Salesforce.
• Identify unmet user needs and translate them into business requirements.
• Work with external providers and internal SMEs to enhance user experience.

What will you bring?

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud proficiency: Journey Builder, automation, email marketing, data management.
• Customer journey mapping and optimization skills.
• Data analysis and segmentation expertise for personalized campaigns.
• Experience in marketing automation and CRM integration.
• Ability to run A/B testing and optimize for ROI.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• AMPScript & SSJS for content personalization.
• REST/SOAP API integration experience.

The monthly salary range for the role is between 11,873 and 20,512 RON gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
