We are seeking a committed and proactive
Specialist, Purchase to Pay
to join our team and support the end-to-end purchasing process. This role is essential in ensuring that procurement activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to meet business needs while driving process improvements and supporting tool optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal departments (e.g., HR, Marketing, IT) and support Business Owners throughout the purchasing process, by translating business needs into effective procurement actions.
  • Create and manage purchase orders/spend plans, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Accurately complete purchase orders/spend plans with correct data: cost center, GL account, VAT rate, and service period.
  • Ensure timely internal approvals and on-schedule delivery of goods and services
  • Confirm receipt of goods/services and perform GR tasks to enable timely processing of vendor invoices.
  • Ensure timely receipt of vendor invoices with complete and correct details; investigate and correct discrepancies between purchase orders/spend plans and invoices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, resolve order and invoice-related issues, including discrepancies, missing information etc.
  • Review and manage exceptional invoices without associated purchase orders/spend plans.
  • Manage vendor catalogs in the Procurement system, by coordinating with vendors
  • Collaborate with the Products team to optimize the Procurement tool, adopt best practices, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

  • Good understanding of purchasing processes and the related requirements, as well as financial principles.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Experience in procurement, finance, or a related operational role and familiarity with procurement tools are a plus.
