Descriere:

Suntem în căutarea unui Coordonator relații clienți dedicat, cu abilități organizatorice și excelente aptitudini de comunicare, care să gestioneze cu atenție portofoliul clienților noștri și să sprijine operațiunile zilnice.

Ce vei face:

  • Actualizarea informațiilor din portofoliul clienților.
  • Comunicarea directă cu clienții prin telefon și e-mail pentru soluționarea solicitărilor.
  • Gestionarea fișelor de aptitudine în sistemul informatic, conform procedurilor.
  • Facturarea serviciilor și transmiterea documentelor aferente.
  • Întocmirea rapoartelor și colaborarea cu echipa medicală și alte departamente.
  • Asigurarea conformității cu normele GDPR și procedurile interne.

Cerințele noastre:

  • Studii medii sau superioare.
  • Experiență în utilizarea Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excelente abilități de comunicare și relaționare.
  • Atenție la detalii și abilități organizatorice solide.
