MOL Romania is on the hunt for our new colleague who will hold the position of HSE Coordinator, in our HSE team, located at the Bucharest office.

The main objective of the position is planning, ensuring, applying and coordinating the methods to preserve health and safety at the workplace / fire prevention, environmental protection (HSE) and sustainable development (SD).

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Independent planning, ensuring, performing and coordinating all the plans and issues related to SD&HSE, tasks, audit plans and actions (SD&HSE audits, WRA – work risk assessment, HSE alerts, legal compliance);

• Creating SD&HSE, plans and programs. Ensuring support for the division and for the management at Group level (for example: the SPSU plan – the private service for emergency situations, Fall Protection projects, etc.);

• Creating and implementing SD&HSE, procedures based on the requirements of the company and on the legal regulations, built on the requirements of the Management system of the MOL Group division;

• Internal and external communication with the authorities and the concerned parties. Settling, coordinating and controlling HSE management for contractors and subcontractors;

• Identifying, applying and coordinating the implementation of the HSE, obligations (including conditioned commitments). Plans of measures and their implementation, to eliminate deficiencies; permanent planning, monitoring and controlling of the SD&HSE;

• Analyzing, creating measures and reporting them regarding SD&HSE issues and discussions that may occur;

• Planning, ensuring and executing the SD&HSE offers and projects. Conducting the HSE, ISO internal audit and training courses, such as the preparation and training of workers in the ISCIR, PSI and occupational safety field;

• Investigating exceptional events and suggesting corrective measures, respectively keeping records up to date in electronic format and/or on paper, including reporting events and incidents in ENABLON reporting system.

• Report SD&HSE data in ENABLON system, regarding SD&HSE indicators for company and contractors, on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

• Permanently monitoring the requirements and the legal framework of the SD&HSE field; analyzing the impact, suggestions, coordination and implementation of measures in order to comply with the regulations.

• Creating an expense plan for the division and supervising it from a SD&HSE point of view.

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• A degree in technical sciences;

• 3 years' experience in HSE;

• ISO certifications, training and proved experience regarding integrated management systems internal audit;

• Good knowledge of English language – reading and writing;
