About The Role
Join our team as a key player in managing and optimizing our software portfolio. In this role, you'll build strong vendor relationships, oversee licensing compliance, and drive efficient software procurement. Your expertise will help ensure our organization remains agile, cost-effective, and fully equipped to meet its technology needs. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, support compliance initiatives, and make strategic contributions to our software procurement processes.

Please note:
This is a 1-year fixed term contract opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Manage relationships with software vendors and handle contract renewals
  • Assist the company's SAM function to ensure proper ordering, tracking, optimization and rebilling of software assets
  • Conduct and analyze software inventory results
  • Examine license terms and maintain a knowledge base on software licensing
  • Support software procurement by reviewing contracts and handling internal order processing
  • Monitor software compliance and address compliance issues
  • Support our employees and IT infrastructure in the context of licensing: monitor software deployment, analyze requirements, find suitable licensing solution

What You'll Bring

  • Advanced English skills for interpreting licensing documentation and communication
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Understanding of key IT technologies and processes
  • Experience with software licensing, SAM, IT consulting, IT procurement or technical support

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of licensing policies for vendors like Microsoft, Broadcom, Adobe
  • Experience with SAM and ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow SAM/HAM Pro
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, software architecture, and deployment methodologies
  • Familiarity with various types of software/services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
