"Senior Field Service Engineer"
pentru echipa din România.

Ce presupune acest rol?
Ca "Senior Field Service Engineer", vei analiza și rezolva probleme electrice, electronice și/sau software legate de comunicarea dintre sistemul de control și pompă. Vei lucra independent sau alături de parteneri pentru a răspunde eficient și profesionist cerințelor clienților.

Responsabilitățile tale vor include:

  • Efectuarea evaluărilor de risc pentru fiecare sarcină.
  • Raportarea aspectelor de siguranță, sănătate și mediu.
  • Consilierea clienților privind deficiențele sistemului și propunerea de soluții.
  • Redactarea și transmiterea la timp a rapoartelor de service clare și complete.
  • Oferirea de suport tehnic partenerilor de service (ASP) când este necesar.
  • Asistarea managerului prin identificarea și furnizarea de soluții pentru aspecte de service și garanție;
  • Asigura asistență la instalare, punere în funcțiune etc.;
  • Executarea serviciilor de mentenanta și reparatii a tablourilor electrice si pompelor;

Ce așteptăm de la tine?
Ne imaginăm că ai:

  • Studii superioare în inginerie electrică.
  • 5-7 ani de experiență în industrie sau într-un domeniu similar.
  • Cunoștințe despre tehnologia pompelor.
  • Abilități în dezvoltarea și analiza schemelor electrice.
  • Cunoștințe electrice, de automatizare, monitorizare de la distanță și conectivitate
  • Cunoștințe despre convertoare de frecvență, PLC-uri, controlere
  • Permis de conducere categoria B și disponibilitate pentru deplasări pe teren (peste 70% din timp)
  • Limba engleza – nivel intermediar
  • Cunostinte SAP pot constitui un avantaj
