Căutăm un inginer experimentat în Machine Learning care își dorește să lucreze la un proiect internațional confidențial, dezvoltat în colaborare cu un brand global recunoscut pentru inovație, educație și creativitate.

Vei fi parte dintr-o echipă restrânsă de cercetare și dezvoltare, unde vei avea ocazia să contribui la proiectarea și implementarea de soluții AI avansate — la intersecția dintre vision, language și reasoning systems.

Responsabilități:

  • Cercetare aplicată și dezvoltare de modele ML/AI de ultimă generație.
  • Lucru cu Vision-Language Models (VLMs), Large Language Models (LLMs) și Agentic MCP frameworks.
  • Optimizare modele multimodale și crearea de arhitecturi ML scalabile.
  • Colaborare cu echipe internaționale de cercetare, design și inginerie.

Cerințe:

  • 4+ ani experiență în Machine Learning / Deep Learning.
  • Cunoștințe solide de algoritmică, matematică aplicată și optimizare.
  • Experiență practică cu LLMs / VLMs / agentic AI systems.
  • Stăpânirea unui framework ML modern (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
  • Experiență în Python; C++ reprezintă un avantaj.
  • Dorința de a explora și construi modele inteligente, creative și autonome.
