O companie germană de top din domeniul vehiculelor electrice autonome și al soluțiilor de automatizare logistică își extinde echipa embedded din România, direct în fabrica din Ploiești.

Noua echipă on-site va fi responsabilă pentru arhitectura și dezvoltarea software care controlează echipamentele fizice produse local: AGV-uri, stivuitoare electrice, sisteme de ridicare și transport automatizat.

Rolul de Tech Lead Embedded presupune leadership tehnic, design arhitectural și contribuție directă în cod, în strânsă colaborare cu echipele de dezvoltare locale și internaționale.

Responsabilități:

  • Definește arhitectura software a sistemelor embedded (layer-uri, module, interfețe)
  • Coordonează tehnic echipa de developeri: priorități, code reviews, standarde
  • Contribuie direct la dezvoltarea subsistemelor în C / C++ pe Linux embedded
  • Colaborează cu System Engineers pentru alinierea cerințelor și arhitecturii
  • Participă la planificare Agile, oferă suport tehnic și mentorat
  • Asigură livrabilitatea și scalabilitatea soluțiilor software dezvoltate

Profilul căutat:

  • +5 ani experiență în software embedded, din care cel puțin 2–3 în roluri de lead / arhitect tehnic
  • Expertiză hands-on în Linux embedded, C/C++, device drivers, subsisteme hardware
  • Experiență în definirea arhitecturii pentru sisteme distribuite sau autonome
  • Experiență reală în Agile (sprint planning, ownership, code reviews, velocity)
  • Abilități de comunicare și coordonare — poate reprezenta direcția tehnică locală
  • Limba engleză – avansat (scris + vorbit); limba germană – bonus
