Ideal Candidate

• Technical university degree
  (Engineering, Construction, Polytechnic);
• 3–5 years of relevant B2B sales experience
  in construction materials or technical systems;
• Strong skills in
  consultative sales
  and delivering complex presentations;
• Knowledge of
  ventilated facade systems
  and installation process (
  nice to have
  );
• Established professional network in architecture, design, construction, or installation;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  , charisma, and professional appearance;
• English language
  – intermediate/advanced level;
• Category B driving license
  and availability for frequent business trips.

Job Description

• Promote and sell complete ventilated facade systems (pre- and post-sales) in the North & North-West regions of Romania;
• Identify and actively contact potential clients (architects, designers, installers, structural engineers);
• Deliver
  technical presentations and consultancy
  , explaining product benefits, features, and installation process;
• Manage and grow the client portfolio, maintain strong relationships, and generate recurring business;
• Negotiate contractual terms, oversee project implementation, and ensure compliance with agreements;
• Monitor sales performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets;
• Participate in
  trade fairs, exhibitions, workshops, and industry events
  for networking and lead generation;
• Maintain close communication with internal departments (technical, logistics, administrative) and report regularly to management;
• Use CRM tools to manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
