The Opportunity

Join a focused Platform Engineering team delivering reliable services that empower customers to move fast with confidence. Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Gain, maintain and extend application knowledge and apply it in IT service management activities.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities to protect production systems.
  • Automate maintenance and clean-up procedures. Create clear runbooks and continuously improve incident response and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident management.
  • Support problem management by driving actionable follow-ups and cross-team learning for reliability gains.
  • Collaborate with development teams on reliability improvements and SLA/SLO definitions.
  • Manage deployments and changes through CI/CD pipelines in staging and production environments.
  • Optimize capacity, performance, and cost through proactive planning, tuning, and infrastructure improvements.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; minimum 3 years in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
  • Proficient in Pytho and/or Bash; strong scripting and automation capabilities across tools and environments.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and infrastructure as code.
  • Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, and microservices; proven ability to keep services reliable at scale.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and incident management skills; comfortable in supporting cross-functional incident responses.
  • Knowledge of monitoring/observability stacks and logging best practices.
  • Collaborates effectively, and maintains calm under pressure; continuous improvement mindset and customer focus.
  • Communication in English is very good, verbally and in writing.
