Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Developer Engineer who wants to take their skills to the next level and enjoy being part of a team of passionate engineers and security specialists.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to and improve a leading cloud-based penetration testing platform.
This role requires strong knowledge of REST APIs, familiarity with microservice architectures and will involve the development, maintenance and deployment
of industry-recognized cybersecurity tools and their underlying microservice infrastructures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Python
- Strong understanding of clean code principles
- Experience building RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Django, FastAPI or django-ninja
- Understanding of system design principles for building scalable and reliable architectures
- Basic understanding of virtualization and containerization
- Strong understanding of Linux operating system and networking protocols
It's a plus if you also have:
- Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts like Vertical/Horizontal Autoscaling
- Previous experience with message brokers and task queues (ex: RabbitMQ, Celery)
- Experience with gRPC through past work or personal projects.
- Past experience with SaaS projects in any popular cloud provider (AWS, Linode, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Develop quality software and web applications
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Discover and fix programming bugs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Development experience with programming languages
- SQL database or relational database skills
