The mission

As part of the development towards a "Next Generation Digital Banking Platform", ING Group Services is planning to improve and automate the current planning process. The project is based on IBM Planning Analytics solution and aims to bring all planning processes into one integrated planning framework.

As an IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 Developer you will be working in a team consisting of a Product owner, Developers and Business Analysts.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying IBM Planning Analytics code, maintaining the applications running, including incident and access rights management.

We seek enthusiastic IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 developers with passion for data, knowledge and experience in data management This is a two-year contract, fixed term position.

Your day to day

• Lead the development efforts using IBM PA suite of products.
• Design innovative solutions using best practices and customizing for the business specific needs.
• Make the design decisions around acquiring and loading data, building data models, coding principles, data access.
• Be a hands-on Subject Matter Expert and mentor by advising and training other colleagues working with Planning Analytics.
• Develop, document and execute unit, system, integration and acceptance tests.

What you'll bring to the team

• 5+ years of IBM PA (TM1) development background with experience in solution and designing.
• Experienced in PAW, PAX, TM1 Rest API, IBM PA Performance Modeler and other areas of PA suite of applications.
• Expertise in developing successful technical solutions that involve TM1 cubes, dimensions, TI processes, rules, chores, MDX queries and executing the completion of the TM1 architecture per project.
• Expertise in coding complex Rules and Feeders. Experience configuring parallel data loads, calculations to improve performance.
• Experience on to Maintain the TM1 users, roles, and security, and designing complex security models. Experience in developing Dashboards using Cognos BI andamp; TM1 Perspectives / PAX.
• Experience in working with UNIX/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Proficient in English (verbal and writing)
• Enthusiastic personality, enjoying working in a multi-cultural environment
• Willingness to learn and experiment new technologies
