Acesta este un rol esențial, cu normă întreagă, la birou, care necesită prezența dumneavoastră zilnică în biroul din Porto. Oportunitatea (7 Poziții Deschise): Acesta este un rol cu mize mari, la birou, în care veți fi responsabil pentru revizuirea și luarea de decizii obiective cu privire la un volum mare de conținut generat de utilizatori. Vă rugăm să rețineți că acest rol implică expunerea la conținut sensibil și potențial deranjant, ceea ce necesită reziliență și un echilibru emoțional puternic. Programul de lucru standard este de luni până duminică, 09:00 - 18:00, cu două zile libere relative. Un schimb de seară planificat (13:00 - 22:00) poate fi introdus, cu o posibilitate viitoare de extindere la un program complet 24/7. Toate schimburile sunt obligatorii la birou.

Relocare și Călătorii către Porto: Asistența pentru relocare este asigurată pentru candidații care vin din străinătate. Pachetul standard de relocare include o soluție de locuință partajată (cazare) în Porto. Pentru candidații care se relochează din afara Portugalului, oferim rambursarea biletului de avion (până la 400 în clasa Economy) la sfârșitul celei de-a 6-a luni de contract. Vă rugăm să rețineți că pentru toate angajările efective începând cu 1 decembrie, rambursarea biletului de avion nu va mai fi asigurată la sosire. Clientul va continua însă să ofere cazare candidaților care se relochează.

Ce Vă Trebuie pentru a Reuși:

  • Fluență Lingvistică: Fluența nativă sau aproape nativă în limba română (C2) este obligatorie.
  • Reziliență: Abilitate demonstrată de a rămâne obiectiv și de a menține un echilibru emoțional puternic.
  • Aranjament de Lucru: Trebuie să fiți dispus să vă relocați și să lucrați cu normă întreagă la birou în Porto, inclusiv în ture rotative și de seară.

Are you a highly resilient and objective individual with native-level Romanian fluency, seeking a critical on-site career in digital safety and content integrity? We are hiring seven Romanian-speaking Content Moderation Specialists to join our dedicated team in Porto, Portugal. This is an essential, full-time, in-office role, requiring your daily presence in the Porto office. We welcome candidates ready to relocate to Porto, and we provide assistance to facilitate your move.

The Opportunity (7 Positions Open):
This is a high-stakes, on-site position where you will be responsible for reviewing and making objective decisions on a high volume of user-generated content. Please be aware that this role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, which necessitates requiring resilience and strong emotional balance. The standard work schedule is Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00, with two relative days off. A planned evening shift (13:00 to 22:00) may be introduced, with a future possibility of extension to a full 24/7 schedule. All shifts are mandatory in-office.

Relocation and Travel to Porto:
Relocation assistance is provided for candidates coming from abroad. The standard relocation package includes a shared housing solution (accommodation) in Porto. For candidates relocating from outside Portugal, we offer airfare reimbursement (up to 400 in economy class) at the end of the 6th month of the contract. Please note that for all hires effective from the 1st of December onwards, flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided upon arrival. Client will, however, continue to offer accommodation to relocating candidates.

What You Will Do:

  • Content Review: Objectively review, categorize, and act upon user-generated content.
  • Policy Enforcement: Strictly adhere to, and apply, detailed community standards.
  • Shift Work: Maintain high focus and quality standards while working the full-time shift schedule in-office.
  • Personal Wellness: Utilize training and available support to maintain emotional well-being.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Romanian (C2) is mandatory.
  • Resilience: Demonstrated ability to remain objective and maintain strong emotional balance.
  • Work Arrangement: Must be willing to relocate and work full-time on-site in Porto, including rotational and evening shifts.
