Location: Bucharest
Your RoleResponsible for the day-to-day management of the client's Accounts Receivable portfolio;Responsible for achieving cash collection and ageing targets;Proactively contact customers via phone, email, or portals to follow up on past-due invoices;Escalates disputes and protracted nonpayment situations in accordance with engagement policies;Monitor aging reports and ensure accounts are managed according to established DTPs;Prioritize accounts based on aging buckets (30, 60, 90 days) and develop strategies to manage risk. Your Profile
Have good English and Spanish language skills (min. B2);Minimum 6 months of experience in financial area (O2C roles preferably);Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;Be familiar with standard analysis tools/techniques;Understand that individual performance (efficiency and effectiveness) impacts the performance of the overall engagement.
