We are seeking an
Operations Consultant
to join our EMEA team , supporting the review and management of
Custom-Solutioned Business Deals
. This role ensures
timely, accurate, and compliant deal approvals
, while acting as a key bridge between
deal submitters, approvers, and the global governance team
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational activities for
    Custom Solutioned Deals
    according to SSDG processes.
  • Review deal data quality, escalate issues, and route to appropriate approvers.
  • Engage with stakeholders across regions to resolve roadblocks and drive approvals.
  • Support dashboards, analytics, and reporting to provide visibility of key metrics.
  • Assist with
    training
    stakeholders on policies, tools, and processes.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and document workflows.
  • Support monthly deal closures and ad-hoc operational tasks in
    SFDC or CRM tools
    .
  • Collaborate closely with
    Deal Governance Consultants
    and other internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in
    written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to follow guidelines, interpret policies, and
    problem-solve independently
  • Flexible, organized, and able to work across
    multiple time zones
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong
    team player

Preferred Skills & Tools:

  • Experience with
    SFDC / CRM systems
    (nice to have)
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet
    strict deadlines
