We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced
Road Engineer
to supervise and manage the design, construction, and maintenance of road projects. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the design, construction, and maintenance of road works;
  • Develop and implement road design plans, technical specifications, and construction methods;
  • Perform geotechnical and pavement analyses for road projects;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards (European and Romanian road legislation), including health and safety requirements;
  • Work closely with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure all requirements are met;
  • Review project documentation and identify potential issues or risks;
  • Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely project completion;
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure works are executed in accordance with required standards;
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to senior management;
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, including site supervisors and construction workers;
  • Identify and resolve issues arising during the construction process in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of artificial tunnels constructed using mechanized methods and slabs built using the "cut and cover" method;
  • Possess advanced knowledge of various road reinforcement methodologies.

Required Qualifications and Software Skills:

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D;
  • Full Microsoft Office package;
  • Microsoft Project.
