Sales Controller EMEA

We are hiring a Sales Controller EMEA to join our dynamic finance team

Who You Are:

You are a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong business mindset and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. You thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy partnering with sales to drive results.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling or accounting
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  Fluent in English (professional level)

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, and Analysis for Office is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Business acumen and understanding of sales processes
  Proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated

What You Will Be Doing:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned sales teams or regions
• Act as a key business partner to sales leaders, providing financial guidance and challenging assumptions
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on KPIs, customer profitability, and margin analysis
• Drive process improvements and participate in finance-related projects
  Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies, including month-end accruals
