Let's talk about the role

We're looking for a Full Stack Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll work on React frontend and Java backend projects, contributing to both internal solutions (accelerators, frameworks, documentation, innovation) and business-facing applications.

You'll be part of an Agile team, delivering impactful solutions and helping shape tools that support both our teams and our business.

What will you do?

  • Design and implement scalable, user-centric features for both frontend and backend systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Write clean, maintainable code using industry best practices and modern programming languages.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality and bug-free deliverables.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications to support technical clarity and continuity.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance and security.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies, integrating them where appropriate.
  • Provide post-deployment support to address user feedback and system improvements.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience developing scalable and user-friendly React frontends and robust Java backends, including API design and database integration (SQL/PostgreSQL, NoSQL/MongoDB).
  • Practical experience with Azure Cloud services, deployment, monitoring, and familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Experienced in Agile development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting workflows, and integrating emerging technologies.
  • Skilled in unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization, ensuring maintainable, secure, and high-quality code.
  • Adept at identifying challenges, proposing innovative solutions, and implementing strategies that enhance project outcomes.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively, align technical solutions with business objectives, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional proficiency in French is a plus.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related analytical field; or equivalent experience.
