• Implement and maintain authentication protocols, including Kerberos, LDAP, and SSO.
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure security policies are enforced.
• Configure Azure AD features like MFA, Conditional Access, and synchronize with on-prem AD via Azure AD Connect.
• Oversee Active Directory replication, ensuring data consistency and resolving replication issues.
• Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) efforts and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory issues, manage disaster recovery, and implement backup strategies.
• Plan and execute AD migrations, upgrades, and hybrid cloud integrations.

Qualifications QualificationsQualifications

• 7+ years of Active Directory experience (including 3+ years in Azure AD).
• Expertise in hybrid AD environments, IAM, and security best practices.
• Design, deploy, and manage on-premises and cloud-based (Azure AD) Active Directory environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Proven troubleshooting skills, including replication issue resolution and disaster recovery.

Nice-to-haves:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator).
