We are recruiting for a QA Lead for Deutsche Bank. This role involves coordinating the QA team within the Fixed Income & Currencies area, ensuring high quality standards for applications that support Deutsche Bank's global trading operations. It combines hands-on automation work with team leadership and collaboration across international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the QA team, promoting a quality-focused mindset.
  • Define and improve QA processes and automation frameworks.
  • Develop and execute automated tests (UI, API, regression, integration).
  • Identify and track defects, ensuring timely fixes with development teams.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and architects in an Agile environment.
  • Participate in release planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in test automation (UI, REST API, Selenium/Cucumber/Gherkin, CI/CD).
  • Experience with Git/BitBucket, Artifactory, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Understanding of BDD/TDD principles and Agile practices.
  • Previous experience in a QA leadership or coordination role.
  • Nice to have: experience with GCP or other cloud environments.
