Căutăm un
QA Tester
care să se alăture echipei noastre și să devină un pilon de încredere atat pentru dezvoltatori cat si pentru managerii de proiect.

Responsabilități

  • Testare manuală a aplicațiilor web ecommerce (frontend si backend) în diferite faze ale ciclului de dezvoltare (feature, regression, smoke testing).
  • Crearea, actualizarea și menținerea
    test suites
    clare și reproductibile. Lucram cu Qase, Jira, Notion.
  • Colaborare strânsă cu
    developerii
    pentru validarea noilor funcționalități și identificarea rapidă a defectelor. Lucram Agile Scrum si ne sincronizam de mai multe ori pe zi.
  • Documentarea bug-urilor și a scenariilor de test într-un mod structurat și ușor de urmărit.
  • Participarea la pregătirea livrărilor și susținerea calității fiecărei versiuni în producție. Uneori ramanem dupa program pentru anumite activitati deploy-related si ne asteptam ca si tu sa poti face asta, recuperand zilele urmartoare cu ore libere.
  • Utilizarea zilnică a
    AI chatbot-ilor
    (inclusiv agenți custom) pentru eficientizarea activităților repetitive, crearea de documentații și optimizarea fluxurilor de QA. Industria se transforma si noi trebuie sa tinem pasul, ideal cu deschidere si optimism.

Cerințe

  • Experiență de minimum
    4 ani
    în testare software manuală in ecommerce:
  • Cunoasterea bazelor API REST si metodelor de testare.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și colaborare cu echipe de dezvoltare.
  • Înțelegere solidă a conceptelor QA.
  • Abilitati de baza in lucrul cu bazele de date (SQL).
  • Capacitate de
    organizare, structurare și prioritizare
    a testelor.
  • Dorință de a învăța și de a lucra într-un mediu dinamic și tehnic.
  • Utilizare fluentă a tool-urilor:
    Postman, GitHub, Excel/Sheets, Notion, Jira, Slack
  • Experiența cu
    testare automată
    (Selenium, Cypress etc.) constituie un avantaj.
  • Familiaritate cu
    AI tools
    (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot etc.)
