About the Role:
The purpose of the position consists in supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating staff, such as croupiers, shufflers. Floor Supervisor offers support in implementing all internal procedures, under the supervision of the Shift Manager on duty.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the Shift Manager on duty in order to resolve staff immediate difficulties.
Collaborates with other Floor Supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
Monitors shufflers activity and is responsible for dealers table assignment.
Enforces safety, sanitation and internal regulations.
Monitors operational quality and safety.
Reports to SM on duty any irregularities noticed inside the premises.
Constantly inspects studios, equipment and decor.
Observes and monitors dealer's rotations, attitude, appearance before entering the studio.
Complies with the tasks assigned by the Shift Manager on duty in order to meet operational targets.

Responsibilities:
Supervises studio rotations (to be made on time, all dealers have been rotated, assuring that distance between staff members is respected, make sure all staff members have a proper attitude during shift)
During emergency situations (pandemic) ensures that the necessary number of staff have passed the medical check and are fit for work.
Assists SM for studio incidents: rescan procedure, hand reconstruction, emergency shoe change/card change, picking dropped cards from the floor and bringing them back to the gaming table. Assists the daily roulette maintenance by cleaning the dust off the gaming table rims and layouts.
Monitors operational quality and safety, makes sure that dealers/shufflers do not touch the equipment (cameras, lights, sound equipment, AC, etc.).
Performs on the gaming tables in case of emergency or if it's needed.
Fill in the handover list for the incoming shift with all pending issues.
Constantly reports to Shift Manager on duty irregularities that can be fixed during downtime.
Performs as a dealer/shuffler in case of emergency or need.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong knowledge of online casino operations, game rules, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity and responsibility, with focus on compliance and fair play.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to adapt quickly to operational changes and regulatory updates.
