The role: SAP ABAP Developer – EWM / Manufacturing

We're seeking two motivated 
SAP ABAP developers
 to enhance our Cluj Technology Center competencies.

This is a
full-time hybrid position
(office & remote) where you'll work on SAP solutions that directly impact our logistics and manufacturing operations.

Your work will help connect shop floor systems, improve production processes, and optimize complex logistics workflows.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement SAP solutions in the EWM and/or Manufacturing area
  • Program interfaces and extensions (ABAP, Java, UI5/Fiori)
  • Connect SAP with MES, PLC, SCADA, and IoT systems
  • Support production processes: orders, routing, BOMs, confirmations, capacity planning
  • Ensure smooth integration with SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, PP, APO)
  • Debug, test, and continuously improve existing applications
  • Collaborate closely with business and IT teams across Europe

What we're looking for

  • Experience with
    SAP ABAP development
  • Solid Knowledge in SAP EWM
    or
    SAP Manufacturing (PP, ME, MII, APO, S/4HANA)
  • Familiar with interfaces & frameworks:
    IDoc, BAPI, RFC, Web Services, BADIs, User Exits
  • Comfortable with
    SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Gateway
  • Understanding of logistics and/or production processes
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and good communication
