Responsibilities:

Workday HCM: Administration and technical development, including release management, rights concepts, data quality, and second-level support

Hyland OnBase: Administration of the ECM system with a focus on digital personnel files, contract management, vehicle records, trademark files, and financial documentation

Career Portal: Technical and content management, including maintaining interfaces with the applicant management system Concludis

Edtime: Support for the time management system used by sales units

System Documentation: Creation and maintenance of system documentation, guidelines, and training materials

Digitalization and Automation Projects: Participation in projects to optimize HR and administrative processes

What we are looking for:

Experience with cloud-based HR systems (e.g., Workday), release management, and technical documentation

Practical knowledge of ECM systems (ideally Hyland OnBase) and basic knowledge of time management systems (e.g., ATOSS/Edtime)

Experience with interfaces between SAP HCM and Workday, as well as other systems

Knowledge of HR processes and digitalization, as well as data protection (GDPR) related to digital personnel files and HR systems
